Our personalized fitness consultation is perfect for those who already have experience working out and have access to a workout space but need guidance and a more tailored plan that really works for your specific goals.
This service includes a one-on-one session to start, followed by a customized 4-week training program complete with all the exercises and cardio you'll do, and a session where Elina will walk you through the new training program to make sure you're set up for success.

Step 1
One-on-One Consultation with a Certified Fitness Specialist
Schedule your 1-hour personal fitness consultation with Fitnello's top personal trainer and founder, Elina. Whether you choose a video call, phone call, or an in-person meeting in Rocklin, this session is your first step towards a customized fitness regimen, making it perfect for those who are not even local. During this consultation, Elina will dive deep into your fitness history, current fitness level, and any previous fitness experiences. Understanding your medical background, lifestyle, and specific fitness goals is crucial for designing a safe and effective personalized training program. If you're unsure about your fitness objectives, Elina will assist you in setting clear and achievable goals.
If you're planning to work out at home, share details about your existing equipment with Elina to customize your training plan accordingly. Should you need more or specific gear, Elina will offer recommendations that are mindful of your budget. Alternatively, if you choose to train at a local gym, provide Elina with photos of the gym's equipment. This will enable her to design a program that effectively utilizes the available machines and tools, ensuring a workout regimen that aligns with your environment.
Step 2
Personalized Training Program
Following your initial consultation, Elina will create a detailed 4-week personalized training program. This program will include a comprehensive workout and cardio regimen, specifying the number of repetitions and sets, all based on your personal fitness level and specific goals.

FITNELLO App
Additionally, you'll receive exclusive access to the private Fitnello app for 4 weeks. Within the app, you can access an extensive library of exercises with video demonstrations and track your progress.
After you receive your program, you will have only 4 weeks to use the Fitnello app.
Step 3
Follow-up and Adjustments
After your personalized training program is ready, you'll have the option for a 15-minute follow-up call with Elina. During this call, Elina will guide you through your training program, ensuring you fully understand each element and feel confident about implementing it. This call also provides a one-time opportunity to request any adjustments to the program based on your preferences or feedback. After this follow-up call, you will have only 24 hours to get back to the questions.
