Ingredients
30g Ground Oats
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1 packet Truvia
Apple Pie Spice
2 Eggs (whisked until soft peaks form)
112g Grated Peeled Apple
1/4c Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
2-3 tbsp Almond Milk (to thin out the batter if needed)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Steps
Add all the ingredients in one bowl and whisk together except the egg whites and apple.
Gently fold in the shipped egg whites, be careful not to lose the volume of the batter.
Fold in the peeled grated apple.
Cook according to you waffle maker's instructions.
