Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew milk (25 cal)

  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I prefer 1st PHORM Phormula-1 Vanilla Protein Powder).

  • Handful of Fresh Spinach

  • 30 grams avocado

  • 12 grams chunky almond butter

  • Ice
