Ingredients
1 oz of Fresh Ginger Root
4 Cloves of Fresh Garlic
1/2 Cup of Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 Cup of Rice Vinegar
Whole Mango (Peeled and cut into cubes)
1 Cup of Light Olive Oil or Grapeseed Oil
1 Tsp of Sea Salt
1 Tbsp of Raw Honey
Steps
Peel Ginger roots, garlic, and Mango.
Add all the other ingredients except the oil and blend until smooth.
Slowly drizzle the oil in and blend on low speed as you are SLOWLY pouring in the oil (this way you emulsify the dressing and it will be thick)
Store the dressing in a mason jar for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
