Ingredients

  • 2 Large Sweet Potatoes


  • 1 Tbsp Corn Flour


  • 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Rosemary


  • 2 Cloves Finely Diced Garlic


  • 1⁄2 Tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 410F

  2. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper

  3. Wash sweet potatoes and cut into lengths mimicking a thick cut french fry (about 1/2 inch thick)

  4. Mix together the corn flour, rosemary, garlic and pepper in a paper bag. Then add the sweet potatoes and toss in the mixture until well coated.

  5. Lay them on a baking tray so they are not touching each other and bake for 20-30 minutes, turning over halfway through.
