Ingredients
20 grams of quick ground oats or oat flour
4 egg whites
1/2 scoop Level-1 Protein Powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
5-7 grams coconut flour
Pinch of salt & cinnamon to taste
1 packet Truvia
1-3 tbsp Almond milk to thin out the batter (if needed)
Steps
In a small bowl, mix together the wet ingredients.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg with a tiny splash of almond milk.
Stir in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, whisk gently so the batter is fully combined, and add almond milk only if you need to thin out the batter.
Heat up a nonstick cooking pan on medium-high heat, once the pan is hot lower the heat to medium and coat generously with a non-stick cooing spray.
Cook 3 smaller pancakes, or 2 larger ones.
Once the pancakes are bubbled on top, flip them over and cook for another minute.
