Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Egg Whites

  • 3 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Powder by 1st Phorm

  • 2 tbsp Pure Pumpkin Puree

  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • 2 Slices of Ezekiel Bread


Toppings

  • 1 tbsp Creamy Almond Butter

  • 1 tbsp Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

  • Sugar Free Maple Flavor Pancake Syrup

  • 1/4 cup Russian Style Cottage Cheese (aka FARMERS CHEESE) or low fat Cottage Cheese

Steps

  1. Heat the griddle or nonstick pan.

  2. Stir all ingredients in a large shallow small bowl, soak the thawed Ezekiel Bread (if it was frozen, make sure to microwave it for 20 seconds or until soft, be careful not to overdo it). Let the bread absorb all the liquid.

  3. Generously spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  4. Place the soaked bread on a preheated pan and cook it for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.

  5. If there is any leftover liquid, you can pour it over the bread in the pan.
