Ingredients
2 Cups of Chopped, stems removed regular Curly Kale (Massaged and Marinated in basic Dressing such as Lemon Juice/Olive Oil with a touch of Agave)
1⁄4 Cup Red Shredded Cabbage
1 Small Zucchini made into Fettuccini-like Ribbons. Use a vegetable peeler.
1⁄4 Sliced Red Bell Pepper
1 Medium Carrot made into Fettuccini-like Ribbons. Use a vegetable peeler.
1/3 Cup of Thawed or Fresh Organic Edamame
1⁄4 Cup of Thawed or Fresh Corn
1 Tbsp of Trio Seeds
Dressed with Vegan Ranch Dressing
Steps
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with the dressing above and 1 Tbps of trio seeds.
TRIO SEEDS Recipe: 1/4 cup for each (Sesame Seeds, Raw Pumpkin Seeds, Raw Sunflower Seeds) Place the seeds into a coffee grinder or a small Food Processor and pulse several times until they look like coarse flour. Note: I like to keep a little bit of texture, so make sure you don’t over grind them, otherwise they will start turning into seed butter.
