Ingredients

  • 75 grams Quick Oats

  • 40 grams Phormula-1 Vanilla Whey

  • 1 Scoop 1st Phorm Vegan Powder Protein, Vanilla or Iced Oatmeal Cookie flavor

  • 40 grams Cashew or Almond Milk

  • 16 grams melted Coconut Oil

  • 75 grams Mashed Banana

  • 15 grams sliced Almonds

  • 10 grams chopped Walnuts

  • 15 grams dry Cranberries

Steps

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine oats and protein powders, and mix well. Add the cashew milk and stir again.

  2. Add the mashed banana and mix until gooey, thick batter forms (about 5-7 turns).

  3. Pour in the melted Coconut oil evenly throughout the mixture and stir again a few times until everything is incorporated.

  4. Lastly, fold in the toppings and spread onto parchment paper evenly into 3 portions. I use a small baking sheet, small enough to fit into the fridge and put another parchment paper on top. Flatten out the cookies and let it set in the fridge for 2-4 hours or overnight.
