Ingredients
75 grams Quick Oats
40 grams Phormula-1 Vanilla Whey
1 Scoop 1st Phorm Vegan Powder Protein, Vanilla or Iced Oatmeal Cookie flavor
40 grams Cashew or Almond Milk
16 grams melted Coconut Oil
75 grams Mashed Banana
15 grams sliced Almonds
10 grams chopped Walnuts
15 grams dry Cranberries
Steps
In a medium-sized bowl, combine oats and protein powders, and mix well. Add the cashew milk and stir again.
Add the mashed banana and mix until gooey, thick batter forms (about 5-7 turns).
Pour in the melted Coconut oil evenly throughout the mixture and stir again a few times until everything is incorporated.
Lastly, fold in the toppings and spread onto parchment paper evenly into 3 portions. I use a small baking sheet, small enough to fit into the fridge and put another parchment paper on top. Flatten out the cookies and let it set in the fridge for 2-4 hours or overnight.
