Ingredients

  • 1-4 Salmon filets (about 5 oz each) or However many you n

    eed to serve


  • Orange peel seasoning, to taste


  • Orange peel with a little flesh attached and squeezed right

    out over the fish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F

  2. Place the Salmon Filets on a foil lined baking sheet, skin down (Salt the skin if you prefer, it prevents sticking to the oil)

  3. Cut the peel of the orange, leaving a little bit of actual orange on the walls of the orange peel

  4. Season the Salmon

  5. Squeeze the orange and grate the zest directly on the salmon (optional)

  6. Cover the rest of the salmon with the orange peel and bake for 7 minutes. Take the salmon out and remove the orange peel from the top of the salmon and pop it back in the oven for another 5 minutes turning the oven to BROIL.

  7. Serve the salmon with your favorite side dish or salad.
