If you're tired of deadlifting and squatting every week without much progress in your strength or glute growth, then this program is for you!

 

Enjoy 6 weeks of personalized lower body training that will challenge you to lift heavier and build strength and stamina in foundational lower body compound movements. We use progressive overload to increase strength and build your glutes through sets and reps manipulation techniques throughout the 6-week program.

Doing so will ensure you create micro muscle tears each week. Through the process of recovery and rebuilding damaged muscle tissues, you will build stronger, denser muscles, ultimately creating a rounder, fuller booty.

What to Expect From the Program:

6-Week Advanced Group Classes

Our classes take place at the FITNELLO FITNESS Studio in Rocklin, CA, and are led by our experienced trainers, Elina and Angelina. The program has a limited number of spots, allowing our trainers to give personal attention to each participant. They will show you how to properly perform exercises, correct your form, and provide helpful tips and recommendations. It will feel as though you are having a private training session. This hands-on approach ensures you get the most out of our program and achieve even better results than you might expect. Please note that this program is not suitable for beginners in weightlifting.

Educational Section From Elina, Our Head Coach

It is designed to provide you the necessary knowledge about weightlifting, muscle growth and development. You will gain an advanced understanding of proper training techniques, learn effective methods and principles for optimal muscle growth, not only glutes. Even after the 6-week program is completed, this knowledge will empower you to continue building your muscles and even come up with the personalized training regimens that perfectly suit your goals (you are encouraged to take notes).

Frequency and Consistency Is a Key to Your Progress

Progressive Overload-Based Technique

Once you’ve signed up for the program, make sure to attend master glute building classes every week. In addition to these classes, you are required to complete one more Glute Training a week. If you are determined to truly maximize your results and see significant growth in your glutes over the next 6 weeks, we recommend adding a 3rd Lower Body training session each week.

 

At Fitnello, we have specific days dedicated to Glute Building exercises and General Lower Body training. Please note that exercises on a Leg Day do not specifically target your glutes. It's only during the Glute Building day that we focus on strengthening the core glute muscles (gluteus minimus, medius, and maximus), essential for a strong, healthy body and a rounded booty.

This method of training is a fundamental principle in strength training and muscle building. It involves gradually increasing the stress placed on the muscles during exercise to enhance and speed up the process of strength and muscle building.
