Description
In this Lower Body Strength building class, your main focus will be to strengthen your leg muscles. The focus of the class will be on your quads and hamstrings as we use progressive overload, time under-tension and internal training to build your quads and hamstrings.

These communities are within a 10-15 minute drive from our Rocklin studio. In addition, our team is currently mentoring thousands of women via our online fitness programs, challenges, and weight loss coaching. Join us every week Monday through Saturday! CANCELLATION POLICY: All bookings must be canceled via our booking system at least 24-hr prior to the start of the booked service. No exceptions. No Refunds or Credits will be given if the service was canceled after a 24-hr window.
